Revamp For SAf Kimberley Course

In South Africa, a "multi-million rand project comprising the construction of 140 stables & refurbishment of the racing surface at Kimberley Racecourse is on schedule & the 1st meeting on the new surface will take place as programmed on September 12," reported SAHorseracing.com. The project "will transform Kimberley into an international-standard racecourse, with sufficient horses stabled on-course & at surrounding private training establishments to sustain 36 race meetings at the racecourse annually". The 3 trainers with horses currently stabled at Bloemfontein Racecourse will relocate to the new training centre at Kimberley.
