Harvey Warns 50% Aust Horses May be Sold Overseas

Fellow leading owner-breeder & Magic Millions part-owner Gerry Harvey told The Daily Telegraph the Australian racing industry "is 2nd-to-none in the world" but warned about some danger signs: "We supply so many horses to other countries. What percentage of the horses we breed will end up racing overseas in years to come? Who knows. I would think it could be as high as 50%, which is a sobering thought."
