Keeneland Day-10: US$275,000 Buddha Colt

And agent Tony Holmes paid US$275,000 for a Buddha colt named Buddhabar, who is a half-brother to stakes-placed winner Brad Barows reported thoroughbredtimes.com. The colt (consigned by Glennwood Farm as agent) is out of placed Red Ransom mare Dawn Ransom (a half-sister to multiple Gr2 winner Hero's Tribute). Keeneland director of sales Geoffrey Russell summed up: "The middle market, which has broadened, is strong."
