In the US, Darley shuttler & reigning Champion US stallion Elusive Quality (Gone West-Touch Of Greatness, by Hero's Honor) added another group success when 4YO mare Elusive Diva (Elusive Quality-Taj Aire, by Taj Alriyadh) scored an "explosive" 3-lengths victory in the US$100,000 Gr3 Senator Ken Maddy Handicap (6.5 furlongs on turf) at Santa Anita, reported thoroughbredtimes.com. Kentucky-bred Elusive Diva (ridden by Patrick Valenzuela for trainer Mark Glatt) defeated Chasethegold & Abounding Truth. She now has six wins in 14 starts (also including the Gr3 Las Cienegas over the same course) for US$414,730 earnings.
