33% Flying Pegasus For $1m To Kitchwin Investors
Shareholders in Scone-based Kitchwin Hills Stud (which stands exciting young Danehill sire Dane Shadow) have paid $1 million for a 33% share in 3YO colt Flying Pegasus (Fusaichi Pegasus-Cashier, by Danehill) reported The Sydney Morning Herald. The David Payne-trained Flying Pegasus (a $250,000 yearling at the 2004 Inglis Easter Sale in Sydney) has 3 wins (including the Gr2 Royal Sovereign Stakes over 1200m in February) & 5 placings (including both runner-up in the Gr1 Randwick Guineas over 1600m & 3rd in the Gr2 Hobartville Stakes over 1400m during March) in 11 starts for $357,450 earnings.
