Trevor Lobb (bidding on behalf of Bob Ingham's Woodlands Stud) paid $900,000 for an Elusive Quality filly (the 3rd foal from Danehill mare Camarena) consigned by Aberdeen-based Darley Australia. Camarena (from the family of Canny Lad) recorded 9 wins (from 1030-2400m) & earned $938,260 with victories including the Gr1 Queensland Derby, Gr2 Queensland Guineas & Listed reginald Allen Handicap (plus runner-up in the Gr1 Flight Stakes, Gr1 Mackinnon Stakes, Gr1 Eat Well Live Well Cup, Gr2 Hollindale Stakes, Gr3 Stocks Stakes, Gr3 Queensland tattersall's Cup & Listed Reckless Handicap, & 3rd placings in the Gr1 AJC Oaks, Gr1 Ansett Stakes, Gr2 Sir Byrne Hart Stakes & Gr2 Grand Prix Stakes).
