UK Doncaster: Average Up 65%

Overall at the at the Doncaster Lincoln Sale, new records were set for turnover, average & median as 108 lots sold for 813,400 guineas (A$2.115m) at an average 7,531 guineas (A$19,600) which was up 65% on last year & a median 3,800 guineas (A$9,900). Doncaster Bloodstock managing director Henry Beeby said the sale "enjoyed strength at all levels of the market" & noted: "We are particularly grateful to Darley for producing an excellent & well-presented draft & we were delighted that they got their reward in the sales ring."
