Wednesday, 28th March 2007

Overall "a poor clearance rate of 36% marred the SGA Sale, with only 20 of the 55 juveniles offered finding new homes," reported racingpost.co.uk. Despite "the dismal clearance rate, the average climbed 7% from €14,958 (A$23,900) last year to €16,000 (A$25,600)". The aggregate of €320,000 (A$512,000) was down 10.9% on last year's €359,000 (A$574,000) for 24 lots sold.
