South Africa Yearlings: Top Buyers

Top buyer was Charles Laird Racing Stable which spent R14.22 million (A$2.37m) to secure 20 lots for an average R711,000 (A$118,500) per lot. Team Valour's Barry Irwin bought 12 yearlings for R8.4 million (A$1.4m) at an average just over R700,000 (A$116,000). And Dubai-based VIP Thoroughbreds (represented by Herman Brown & Robert Harrison) purchased 10 lots for R4.375 million (A$729,000).
