Possible Breeder Permits To Transport NSW Mares

However Racing NSW chief executive Peter V'Landys told Sydney Radio 2SM the possibility of permits for breeders needing to transport mares to visit stallions on other properties is under consideration by NSW Primary Industries Minister Ian McDonald. V'Landys revealed Arrowfield Stud boss & Aushorse chairman John Messara "has been working very hard to put forward a case on this matter & the Minister Ian McDonald is certainly very sympathetic to the problems of breeders arising from the outbreak of equine influenza".
