Tsuchikawa New JRA President

Japan Racing Association vice president Kenji Tsuchikawa, 63, "has been promoted to become the new president & chief executive," reported thoroughbredinternet.com. Tsuchikawa joined the JRA in 1968 as a veterinary surgeon & has served the body throughout his career (including stints as general manager of stewards & also of race planning).
