Rosehill Races Off As Horse Flu Hits Warwick Farm

Meanwhile Sydney's Saturday meeting at Rosehill Gardens (which was to involve only horses from Rosehill & Warwick Farm) was dramatically called off on race morning after equine influenza was confirmed as reaching Warwick Farm. Two horses in the Clarry Conners stable returned positive tests to the virus & the entire Warwick Farm racecourse area is now in lock-down & under quarantine. Sydney's premier track Royal Randwick has already been under quarantine since late August.
