Langfuhr Adds Canada Black-Type

In Canada, former Vinery Stud shuttler Langfuhr (Danzig-Sweet Briar Too, by Briartic) added a black-type success when 4YO mare The Niagara Queen (Langfuhr-Inspirational, by Lord At War) scored a half-length victory in the C$101,000 Listed Flaming Page Stakes (12 furlongs on turf) for fillies & mares at Woodbine in Ontario. The Niagara Queen (ridden by Emma-Jayne Wilson for trainer M.Doyle) defeated Sant Elena (Efisio-Argent Du Bois, by Silver Hawk) & Sheer Enchantment (Archers Bay-Classic Fergie, by Regal Classic). Last season The Niagara Queen finished runner-up in Canada's Carotene Stakes on turf at Woodbine.
