Minister To Open New Rosehill Facility

NSW Minister For Gaming & Racing Graham West will officially open the new members' facilities at Rosehill Gardens in Sydney tomorrow. The refurbished Members' Reserve is part of Sydney Turf Club's $30 million Grand Pavilion development. Last week the STC unveiled Stage One of the project: the Bird Cage Cafe & Cotton Fingers Bar (named after legendary jockey George Moore) plus the Connections room for owners & "connections" of minor-placed horses. Tomorrow West will officially launch Stage Two: the Grand View Terrace (on the 2nd floor of the Members' Reserve). The 3rd & final instalment of improvements to Member facilities at Rosehill will be opened on Darley Guineas Day (Saturday 12 April) highlighted by the new Black Type Bar.
