Trainer Art Sherman paid US$30,000 for the highest-priced 2YO at the Barretts Sale: a High Demand gelding (out of Summer Squall mare Nordic Weather) consigned by Havens Bloodstock Agency. The gelding "is from the female family of multiple Gr3-winner Thunder Regent," noted thoroughbredtimes.com.
