Dissident "Jealousy & Envy" At Racing Vic
Meanwhile following Racing Victoria's announcement that it has "widened" its "forensic investigation into the improper leaking of confidential information to 'blogger websites' & the mainstream media," columnist Patrick Smith told readers of The Australian newspaper bluntly: "For the moment, Racing Victoria is not a good place to work. Dissidents walk the corridors, upset that they missed promotions, salary increases. Others attack from the outside. Jealousy & envy are the new currency, honesty & good governance are small change. Delicate information is pushed to outside sources, bloggers & journalists. The very best racing industry in Australia is being ripped apart from within & without".
