Meanwhile UK jockey Tony Culhane, handed a 12 month suspension last year for aiding and abetting individuals to lay horses with the benefit of inside information, will be free to return to racing on July 17, reported racingpost.co.uk. The Horse Racing Authority (HRA) enquiry that involved Culhane and fellow rider Dean Mernagh investigated 27 races run between July 2003 and February 2004 that resulted in the suspension of both jockeys.
