4 Aust-Breds Win In Macau

In Macau, 4 Australian-bred gallopers scored at Taipa:

  • 7YO gelding Still Happy (Nothin' Leica Dane-Love's Echo, by Prince Echo) won over 1300m for trainers P. Kan & K. Tse. Still Happy was a $42,000 yearling at the 2002 Inglis Classic Sale in Sydney.
  • 5YO gelding Nittan's Glory (Fusaichi Pegasus-She's A Pretender, by Danehill) won over 1300m for trainer Craig Marshall. Nittan's Glory was a $300,000 yearling consigned by Turangga Farm at the 2004 Inglis Easter Sale in Sydney.
  • 7YO gelding Daijujia (Snippets-Mrs Peron, by Kenvain) won over 1000m for trainer Craig Marshall. Daijujia was a $70,000 yearling consigned by Torryburn Stud at the 2002 Magic Millions Premier Sale on the Gold Coast & subsequently a $140,000 2YO at the 2002 NZ Bloodstock Horses-In-Training Sale.
  • 8YO gelding Gems (Strategic-Urgency, by Twig Moss) scored over 1500m for trainer J.Lau.
