In Macau, 7 Australian-breds scored at Taipa:

  • 5YO gelding Blessing Blessing (Orpen-Depiction, by Polish Navy) won over 1300m for trainer K.Hoi. Blessing Blessing was a $26,000 yearling consigned by Baerami Thoroughbreds at the 2004 Inglis/Pitt, Son & Keene Scone Sale.
  • 8YO gelding Teamhappy Sum (Danewin-Mehtaab, by Sackford) won over 1600m for trainer K.Leong. Teamhappy Sum was a $65,000 yearling consigned by Emirates Park at the 2001 Magic Millions Premier Sale on the Gold Coast.
  • 5YO gelding Mega Form (Sequalo-Zvornik Lass, by Zvornik) won over 1000m for trainer S.Leung. Mega Form was a $45,000 yearling consigned by Lyndhurst Stud Farm at the 2004 QBBS Sale in Brisbane.
  • 8YO gelding Bronson (Belong To Me-Navy Lemoore, by Cutlas Reality) won over 1800m for Australian trainer Peter Leyshan.
  • 3YO gelding Happy Forever (Commands-Pause, by Brief Truce) won over 1400m for trainer Pat Lee.
  • 5YO gelding Sigson (More Than Ready-Miss Mombo Queen, by Kingmambo) won over 1500m for trainer Peter Leyshan. Sigson was passed-in as a yearling for $40,000 consigned by Vinery Stud at the 2004 Magic Millions Gold Coast Premier Sale.
  • 5YO gelding Geronimo Meadow (Esperero-Greykoo, by Marscay) won over 1500m for trainer K.Hoi.
