NZB South Sale: NZ$82.5k Pentire Colt

Australian bloodstock agent John Foote bought the top-priced 2YO when he paid NZ$82,500 for a colt by star Rich Hill Stud stallion Pentire (the 3rd foal out of unraced 10-year-old Personal Escort mare Grace The Bride) consigned by Ashburton-based vendors Robert & Jessica Thomas. The colt is from the family of Gr1 Wellington Cup winner Hurrah & outstanding Hong Kong galloper Best Gift.
