Court Motion To Halt Curlin 20% Sale

Meanwhile "a pending motion in a Kentucky court is asking for the current sale process" for the 20% minority interest in Curlin "to be halted", reported bloodhorse.com. Andre Regard (an attorney representing the operating entity of Curlin's minority owner Midnight Cry Stable) "filed a motion to vacate the order signed by Judge Roger Crittenden", claiming the sealed-bid process "will not attain the highest market value for the 20% interest".
