UK Tatts Book 3 Day-1: $132k Rakti Colt

Gill Richardson out-bid fellow agent Dermot Farrington & paid 60,000 guineas (A$132,000) for a colt from the 1st-crop of former World Champion Miler & 6-time Gr1-winning Chatswood Stud shuttler Rakti (out of Sri Pekan mare Feather Boa) consigned by agent Jamie Railton on behalf Corner Farm Stud's Patrick Milmo & Jeremy Gompertz. Richardson indicated the colt will go into training with Mick Channon at his West Ilsley base in Berkshire.
