In Singapore, 6 Australian-bred gallopers scored at Kranji:

  • 4YO gelding Thunder Faz (Fasliyev-Miss Thunderbolt, by Thunder Gulch) won over 1100m for trainer Desmond Koh. Thunder Faz was a $10,000 2YO at the 2006 Magic Millions Perth Winter Thoroughbred Sale.
  • 4YO gelding Risky Business (Danehill Dancer-Sky Watch, by Star Watch) won over 1200m for Australian trainer Steven Burridge. Risky Business was a $90,000 yearling at the 2006 Magic Millions Gold Coast Premier Sale.
  • 6YO gelding Dumar (Marju-Deemar, by Lahib) won over 1100m for trainer Brian Dean. Dumar was an $11,000 weanling at the 2003 Inglis Milluna Stud Dispersal.
  • 5YO gelding El Sordo (Hemingway-Puddles, by Zoffany) won over 1600m for Australian trainer Michael Freedman. El Sordo was a $70,000 yearling at the 2005 Inglis Victorian Premier Sale.
  • 6YO gelding Superb Legend (Spectrum-Willow Brook, by Sir Tristram) won over 1200m for trainer Desmond Koh. Superb Legend was a $130,000 yearling at the 2004 Inglis Easter Sale in Sydney.
