Mr Greeley Adds US Black-Type

In the US, former Victorian shuttler Mr Greeley (Gone West-Long Legend, by Reviewer) added a black-type success when daughter Foxy Danseur (Mr Greeley-Ravish Me, by Wild Again) scored a 1-length victory in the US$110,000 Listed Cascapedia Stakes (7 furlongs on all-weather) for 3YO fillies at Santa Anita Park in California. Foxy Danseur (ridden by Mike Smith for trainer Chris Paasch) defeated High Resolve (Put It Back-Shari's Glory, by On To Glory) & Highland Torree (Menifee-Highland Tootsie, by Highland Blade). Earlier this year Foxy Danseur finished runner-up in the Listed Fairfield Stakes (6 furlongs) at Solano; & in 2007 she won the Listed Sharp Cat Stakes (8.5 furlongs) at Hollywood Park, as well as placing in both the  Gr3 Sorrento Stakes (65. Furlongs on all-weather) at Del Mar & Listed Anoakia Stakes (6 furlongs on all-weather) at Santa Anita.
