US Sire Zavata Moves To Pin Oak Lane

US multiple Gr2-winning stallion Zavata (Phone Trick-Pert Lady, by Cox's Ridge) will move from Walmac Farm (where he stood the 2008 season for US$5,000) to stand the 2009 season at Dr William Solomon's Pin Oak Lane Farm in Pennsylvania, reported thoroughbredtimes.com. On the track, Zavata notched 5 wins (including the 2002 Gr2 Saratoga Special Stakes & 2003 Gr2 Amsterdam Stakes) & 2 placings from 13 starts for US$346,533 earnings. As a sire, Zavata has 31 winners from 122 foals in his initial 2 crops of racing age.
