Qld Boss Meets Critics Over Toowoomba Synthetic Track
Wednesday, 14th January 2009
Queensland Racing chairman Bob Bentley yesterday met the Toowoomba Turf Club dissidents to "allay fears" over next month's installation of a synthetic track. Bentley told The Courier-Mail: "We had about 60 questions that we answered fully & there is no reason to change anything at this stage. We have answered these questions 3 times now & I can't see any point in going over the same ground again."
