In the US overnight, Coolmore shuttler Danehill Dancer (Danehill-Mira Adonde, by Sharpen Up) added a black-type success when Irish-bred 4YO Carribean Sunset (Danehill Dancer-Bonheur, by Royal Academy) scored by 0.75 lengths in the US$200,000 (A$253,000) Listed Dr James Penny Memorial Handicap (8.5 furlongs) for fillies & mares 3YO & above. Carribean Sunset (ridden by Ramon Dominguez for trainer Christophe Clement) defeated fellow 4YOs I Lost My Choo (Western Expression-Fairy Queen, by Tom Rolfe) and Scolara (Quiet American-Millie's Delight, by El Gran Senor).
