Johannesburg Adds Singapore Gr3

Coolmore shuttler & former world champion 2YO Johannesburg (Hennessy-Myth, by Ogygian) added a group success when Australian-bred 4YO gelding Ntini (Johannesburg-Delia, by Geiger Counter) scored by 3.75-lengths in the Gr3 Singapore 4YO Sprint over 1200m at Kranji. Ntini (ridden by jockey Vlad Duric for trainer Michael Freedman) defeated fellow geldings British Navy (Pure Prize-Danzing Navy, by Polish Navy) and Oneninetyfive (Blevic-Emerald Lake, by Euclase). Prior to heading to Singapore, Ntini (a $100,000 yearling consigned by Orange Grove Thoroughbreds at the 2006 Inglis Classic Sale in Sydney) notched 3 wins from 11 starts in Australia and in Singapore now has 2 wins & 4 placings from 8 starts for S$167,130 in earnings.
