1st Winner For US Sire Unforgettable Max

Kentucky-based Stonewall Farm 9YO stallion Unforgettable Max (Northern Afleet-Maggy Hawk, by Hawkster) recorded his first winner on Saturday when 2YO filly Cruising Girl (Unforgettable Max-Dominiques Lass, by The Minstrel) won by 0.75-length over 1300m at Tagliacozzo in Italy, reported thoroughbredtimes.com. Cruising Girl (trained by Riccardo Menichetti for owner Razza dellOlmo) is out of stakes-placed winner Dominique's Lass & is a half sister to Italian stakes-placed winner Golden Blushing. Unforgettable Max, a full-brother to champion and dual classic winner Afleet Alex, had 5 wins (including 2004's Listed Delaware Shecky Greene Stakes) & 5 placings (including runner-up in 2003's Gr3 Discovery Handicap, 2004's Gr2 General George & Gr3 Salvator Mile Handicaps & 3rd in 2004's Gr2 Tom Fool Handicap) from 23 starts for US$384,079 earnings. He stood in 2009 for US$4,000 at Stonewall Farm Stallions in Versailles, Kentucky and has 48 2YOs in his first crop.
