In the UK overnight, Coolmore shuttler & former star Australian sprinter Choisir (Danehill Dancer-Great Selection, by Lunchtime) added a juvenile group success when Irish-bred colt Sir Parky (Choisir-Jorghinia, by Seattle Slew) scored a front-running half-length victory in the £60,000 (A$116,000) Gr3 Somerville Tattersall Stakes (7 furlongs) for 2YO colts & geldings at Newmarket. Sir Parky (ridden by Richard Hughes for trainer Richard Hannon) defeated fellow colts Sebastian Flyte (Observatory-Aravonian, by Night Shift) & US-bred Mata Keranjang (More Than Ready-Love Sick, by Salt Lake). Sir Parky now has 4 wins & a placing from 8 starts.
