Former Australian Horse-Of-The-Year & 10-times Gr1-winning Woodlands & now Darley sire Octagonal (Zabeel-Eight Carat, by Pieces Of Eight) added a black-type success when front-running 6YO gelding Sermon (Octagonal-Eureka Jewel, by Semipalatinsk) scored a 3.75-lengths victory in yesterday's $150,000 Listed Cranbourne Cup (2025m) at Cranbourne in Victoria.
