New York Mixed: US$55k City Zip Filly

In the US auction ring, agent Buzz Chace (acting for West Point Thoroughbreds) paid top price of US$55,000 for a weanling filly by City Zip (out of Capote mare Capote's Tune) during the annual 1-day New York Breeders' Sales Company Fall Mixed Sale at Saratoga Race Course in New York. The filly was consigned by Waldorf Farm as agent & her dam Capote's Tune is a half-sister to Gr2-winner Parisian Flight & multiple stakes-winner Concorde's Tune.
