In Malaysia, 11 Australian-bred gallopers scored at Penang:

  • 4YO gelding Xin Dong Tycoon (Anabaa-Priceless Joy, by Covetous) won over 1100m for trainer Jerome Tan.
  • 3YO gelding All Nice (Moon Rocket-Victike, by Straight Strike) won over 1200m for trainer Kim Tiang. All Nice was an $8,000 yearling at the 2008 Brisbane Bloodstock Bonus Sale & subsequently a $61,000 2YO at the 2008 Magic Millions Queensland Horses-In-Training Sale.
  • 8YO mare Royal Beauty (Royal Abjar-Sheer Gold, by Serheed) won over 1200m for trainer H.S.Lim. Royal Beauty was a $7,000 yearling at the 2003 Magic Millions Perth Premier Sale.
  • 5YO gelding Very Powerful (Tale Of The Cat-Bagua Lass, by Octagonal) won over 1700m for trainer S.B.Tan. Very Powerful was a $60,000 yearling at the 2006 Magic Millions Premier Sale on the Gold Coast & subsequently a $12,500 2YO at the 2006 Magic Millions Queensland Horses-In-Training Sale.
  • 5YO colt Winchester Wonder (Anglia-Sunday Sundae, by Devorant) won over 1100m for trainer Cecil Robert. Winchester Wonder was a $10,000 yearling at the 2006 Magic Millions Gold Coast Sale & subsequently a $44,000 2YO at the 2006 Magic Millions Queensland Horses-In-Training Sale.
  • 4YO gelding Unmatched (Fasliyev-Espresso, by Bletchingly) won over 1100m for trainer John McGillivray. Unmatched was an $8,000 yearling at the 2007 Inglis Classic Sale in Sydney & subsequently a $24,000 2YO at the 2007 Magic Millions Queensland Horses-In-Training Sale.
  • 10YO gelding Main Power (Nediym-Picnic Party, by Hegemony) won over 1700m for trainer John McGillivray. Main Power was a $7,000 yearling at the 2001 Magic Millions Superbowl Sale.
  • 5YO mare Kim Cross (Theatre-Kim Darling, by At Talaq) won over 1100m for trainer Mohamed Sukri.
  • 5YO gelding Emperor Power (Second Empire-Satan's Smile, by Carry A Smile) won over 1100m for trainer S.H.Tan. Emperor Power was a $29,000 yearling at the 2006 Magic Millions Perth Premier Sale on the Gold Coast.
  • 3YO filly Triple Ying (Akhenaton-Kiss The Rain, by Bold Rancher) won over 1200m for trainer Y.N.Liew. Triple Ying was an $8,000 yearling at the 2008 Magic Millions Perth Autumn Sale.
  • 7YO mare Why Why West (Spartacus-Lover's Chariot, by Zephyr Zip) won over 1100m for trainer Prakhash Pereira. Why Why West was passed-in for $11,500 as a yearling at the 2004 Inglis Victorian Autumn Sale.
