Friday, 13th November 2009

US sire Zong (Unbridled-Zing, by Storm Cat) will stand in 2010 at Ken Posco’s newly established New England Stallion Station in Massachusetts for US$2,000 reported thoroughbredtimes.com. Zong (a full-brother Gr2-winner Half Ours) sold for US$1.7 million at the 2005 Keeneland November mixed sale (tying for the highest-priced weanling to sell at public auction in North America that year) & Posco noted: “Zong has a royal pedigree with his 3 full-brothers selling for US$6.1 million, US$2.6 million & US$1.15 million, plus his dam selling for US$3.6 million. I am fortunate to have a horse with one of the best bloodlines in the country.”
