Vita Rosa Switch From UK To Italy

In Europe, 6-time-winning 9YO stallion Vita Rosa (Sunday Silence-Rosa Nay, by Lyphard) “who became the 1st son of Sunday Silence to stand in the UK when retiring to Lanwades Stud in Newmarket this year, has been transferred to stand at Marco Lucarelli's Allevamento Renaccino near Siena in Italy” reported racingpost.com. Vita Rosa (bred by Shadai Farm) earned £1.7 million (A$3.06m) prize-money throughout his career in Japan & stood his initial season at Lanwades for £4,500 (A$8,100); Weatherbys “record him as having covered 15 mares in his 1st season & Lanwades reports all of those to be in-foal”. His 2010 stud fee has been set at €3,500 (A$5,600).
