Flashing Wins US Gr1 Gazelle Stakes

Godolphin's Flashing (A.P.Indy-Morning Pride, by Machiavellian) blitzed her rivals by 4.25-lengths in the US$300,000 Gr1 Gazelle Stakes (9 furlongs) for 3YO fillies at Aqueduct. Front-running Flashing (ridden by Richard Migliore for trainer Saeed bin Suroor) defeated favoured Unrivaled Belle (Unbridled's Song-Queenie Belle, by Bertrando) & Bon Jovi Girl (Malibu Moon-Chipeta Springs, by Alydar). Kentucky-bred Flashing took her record to 6 wins (also including August’s Gr1 Test Stakes over 7 furlongs at Saratoga & May's Gr3 Nassau County Stakes over 7 furlongs at Belmont Park) & 2 placings (including June's Gr1 Mother Goose Stakes over 9 furlongs at Belmont Park) from 10 starts for US$633,226 earnings.
