UK Tatts Breeding Stock Day-1: $1.064m Prima Luce

Bloodstock agent Charlie Gordon-Watson (acting for William Sporborg's Breeding Capital) paid 560,000 guineas (A$1.064m) for Gr3-winning 4YO mare Prima Luce (Galileo-Ramona, by Desert King) consigned from trainer Jim Bolger’s Glebe House Stables in Ireland. Prima Luce was offered in-foal to European champion 4-time Gr1-winning Darley shuttler & northern hemisphere freshman stallion Shamardal & Gordon-Watson told racingpost.com: “We thought we'd got the best model in the sale. She was the best here by a long way.”
