UK Tatts Breeding Stock Day-1: $760k Galileo Filly To Aust

BBA Ireland/Badgers Bloodstock agent Adrian Nicoll (acting for an Australian buyer) paid 400,000 guineas (A$760,000) for this season’s Gr1 Irish 1000 Guineas 3rd-placed 3YO filly Oh Goodness Me (Galileo-Coyote, by Indian Ridge) also consigned from trainer Jim Bolger’s Glebe House Stables in Ireland. Oh Goodness Me also won this season’s Irish Gr3 Park Express Stakes at the Curragh & Nicoll told racingpost.com: “She's been bought for a Victorian breeder whose been in the game a long time with a new partner & she'll go down there & be sent to the best there is. I thought we might have to pay a bit more & I'm delighted because she was one of our naps of the sale.”
