In Malaysia, 9 Australian-bred gallopers scored at Selangor:

  • 4YO gelding Aggressive (Hold That Tiger-Purple Plume, by Military Plume) won over 1400m for trainer Evelyn Seet. Aggressive was a $28,000 yearling at the 2007 Inglis Melbourne Premier Sale.
  • 4YO gelding Illuminator (Way Of Light-Chieftainess, by Chief's Crown) won over 1800m for trainer Richard Lines. Illuminator was a $5,000 yearling at the 2007 Magic Millions Summer Sale.
  • 3YO filly Kim Bay (Theatre-Kim Hostess, by Kingdom Bay) won over 1200m for trainer Mohamed Sukri.
  • 7YO entire Destiny's Day (Montjeu-Jewel Of Roses, by Carry The Crown) won over 1600m for trainer P.K.Leong.
  • 6YO gelding For Keeps (Vitrinite-Clouding, by Sea Swell) won over 1400m for trainer Kamaruddin Noordin.
  • 5YO gelding Very Powerful (Tale Of The Cat-Bagua Lass, by Octagonal) won over 1600m for trainer S.B.Tan. Very Powerful was a $60,000 yearling at the 2006 Magic Millions Premier Sale on the Gold Coast & subsequently a $12,500 2YO at the 2006 Magic Millions Queensland Horses-In-Training Sale.
  • 4YO gelding Big Dawn (Strategic-Befriend, by Marauding) won over 1400m for trainer K.C.Tiang. Big Dawn was a $42,000 yearling at the 2007 Magic Millions Perth Premier Sale & subsequently passed-in as a 2YO for $45,000 at the 2007 Magic Millions Perth Horses-In-Training Sale.
  • 3YO filly Kim Diva (Theatre-Colour Me Kim, by Is It True) won over 1400m for trainer Mohamed Sukri.
  • 4YO gelding Tic Toc (Johannesburg-Sense Of Rhythm, by Rhythm) won over 1400m for trainer James Brogan. Tic Toc was an $85,000 yearling at the 2007 Magic Millions Premier Sale on the Gold Coast & subsequently a $30,000 2YO at the 2007 Magic Millions Queensland Horses-In-Training Sale.
