US Sprinter-Miler Buffalo Man Joins NZ Totara Park

NZ Totara Park Stud announced Canadian-bred & dual US Gr3-winning 6YO stallion Buffalo Man (El Prado-Perfect Six, by Saratoga Six) will join the Totara roster in June to stand alongside Rusty Spur (West By West-Goodbye Heart, by Tsunami Slew). Sprinter-miler Buffalo Man won 8 races from 5 furlongs-8.5 furlongs (clocking 1min 8sec for 6 furlongs & 1min 33sec for 8 furlongs); his 6 US stakes victories included the Gr3 Appleton Handicap (8 furlongs), Gr3 Red Bank Handicap (8 furlongs), Listed Inside The Belt Way Stakes (6 furlongs), Listed Ocala Breeders' Sales Championship Stakes (8.5 furlongs), Listed Spectacular Bid Stakes (6 furlongs) & Listed Storm Cat Stakes (8.5 furlongs), plus a further 6 US stakes-placings in the Gr3 Knickerbocker Handicap (9 furlongs), Gr3 Canadian Turf Handicap (8 furlongs), Gr3 Sapling Stakes (6 furlongs), Listed Frisk Me Now Stakes (8.5 furlongs), Listed Peter Axthelm Stakes (7.5 furlongs) & Listed Wild Again Stakes (8 furlongs). Buffalo Man will stand at Totara Park for NZ$6,500+GST.
