Former Grand Lodge Thoroughbreds shuttler Distorted Humor (Forty Niner-Danzig's Beauty, by Danzig) added a US black-type success when his colt Bank The Eight (Distorted Humor-Zori, by A.P.Indy) scored by a nose in the US$56,000 Listed Federico Tesio Stakes (9 furlongs) for 3YOs at Pimlico in Maryland. Bank The Eight (ridden by Mario Pino for trainer Anthony Dutrow) defeated the gelding Regal Warrior (Louis Quatorze-Gallaslass, by Gallapiat) & fellow colt London Lane (Langfuhr-Travelling, by Miswaki). Bank The Eight took his record to 3 wins & 2 runners-up from 6 starts for US$98,540 earnings.
