In the UK, dual-Derby winning Coolmore sire & former NZ Windsor Park shuttler Montjeu (Sadler's Wells-Floripedes, by Top Ville) added a group success when Irish-bred 4YO entire Jukebox Jury (Montjeu-Mare Aux Fees, by Kenmare) scored a 3.75-lengths victory in the £100,000 (A$165,000) Gr2 Jockey Club Stakes (12 furlongs) for 4YOs & up at Newmarket. Jukebox Jury (ridden by Royston Ffrench for trainer Mark Johnston) defeated US-bred 8YO gelding Nanton (Spinning World-Grab The Green, by Cozzene) & fellow Irish-bred 4YO entire Claremont (Sadler's Wells-Mezzo Soprano, by Darshaan).
