Tiger Hill Adds UK Black-Type

Thursday, 20th May 2010

In the UK overnight, triple Gr1-winning Darley shuttler Tiger Hill (Danehill-The Filly, by Appiani) added a black-type success when UK-bred colt Rewilding (Tiger Hill-Darara, by Top Ville) scored a 4-lengths victory in the £40,000 (A$68,000) Listed Cocked Hat Stakes (11 furlongs) for 3YOs at Goodwood. Rewilding (ridden by Frankie Dettori for trainer Al Zarooni) defeated US-bred colt Prizefighting (Smart Strike-Allencat, by Storm Cat) & French-bred colt Very Good Day (Sinndar-Picture Princess, by Sadler's Wells). Rewilding (a 500,000 guineas yearling at the 2008 Tattersalls October Book 1 Sale) now has 2 wins & 2 placings (including April's Gr2 Longchamp Prix Noailles over 2100m) from 4 starts.
