Unbeaten multiple Gr1-winning Darley stallion Reset (Zabeel-Assertive Lass, by Zeditave) added a group success when 3YO filly Set For Fame (Reset-Northpoint, by Dehere) scored a 1-length victory over her older rivals in the $200,000 Gr2 Patinack Farm Dane Ripper Stakes (1400m) for fillies & mares at Eagle Farm. Set For Fame (ridden by Luke Nolen for trainer Peter Moody) defeated 5YO mare Acquired (O'Reilly-Procure, by Centaine) & top-weighted 4YO mare Wealth Princess (San Luis-Wealth Star, by Senor Pete). Set For Fame (a $75,000 yearling at the 2008 Inglis Premier Sale in Melbourne) now has 4 wins (also including February's Gr2 Angus Armanasco Stakes over 1400m at Caulfield & January's Listed Kevin Hayes Stakes over 1200m at Caulfield) & 3 runners-up (including March's Gr1 Crown Australian Guineas over 1600m at Flemington & 2009's Gr3 Thousand Guineas Prelude over 1400m at Caulfield) from 10 starts for $495,525 earnings.
