5 Aust-Bred Winners In Macau

In Macau, 5 Australian-bred gallopers scored at Taipa:

  • 4YO gelding Bowl Brothers (Hussonet-They Say, by Thirty Six Red) won over 1000m for Australian trainer Geoff Allendorf. Bowl Brothers was passed-in as a yearling for $55,000 at the 2007 Inglis Easter Sale in Sydney.
  • 3YO gelding Tron Kingdom (Noverre-Sweet Executive, by Last Tycoon) won over 1400m for Australian trainer Gary Moore. Tron Kingdom was passed-in for $9,000 as a weanling at the 2007 Inglis Great Southern Sale in Victoria.
  • 4YO gelding Goldson (Exceed And Excel-Discriminate, by Marauding) won over 1400m for Australian trainer Peter Leyshan. Goldson was a $100,000 yearling at the 2007 Inglis Easter Sale in Sydney.
  • 3YO gelding Sunshine Fate (Iglesia-Playful Belle, by Centro) won over 1200m for trainer K.C.Hoi. Sunshine Fate was passed-in as a yearling for $11,000 at the 2008 Magic Millions Summer Sale.
  • 3YO gelding Hopefully Right (Pure Theatre-Danequillo, by Danehill) won over 1500m for trainer M.C.Tam. Hopefully Right was a $20,000 yearling consigned by Oaklands Stud at the 2008 Magic Millions Summer Sale.
