More Than Ready Also Adds US Black-Type

Vinery Stud shuttler More Than Ready (Southern Halo-Woodman's Girl, by Woodman) also added a juvenile US black-type success when his colt Road Ready (More Than Ready-Eishin Bridle, by Unbridled) scored a 0.75-length victory on debut in the US$50,000 Listed Lost In The Fog Stakes (5 furlongs on all-weather) for 2YOs at Golden Gate Fields in California. Road Ready (ridden by Russell Baze for trainer Jeff Bonde) defeated fellow colts King Cola (Lemon Drop Kid-Coker, by Theatrical) & River's Chapel (Chapel Royal-Summer Band, by Dixieland Band). Road Ready (a US$100,000 yearling at the 2009 Keeneland September Sale & later a US$300,000 2YO at this year's Barretts Equine March Sale) now has US$30,000 prize-money from victory his initial start.
