1st Winner For US Freshman Sire Osidy

US 8YO stakes-winning freshman stallion Osidy (Storm Cat-Que Belle, by Seattle Dancer) recorded his 1st winner when 2YO filly Candi's Kitten (Osidy-Heavenly Psalm, by Distorted Humor) scored by 6.25-lengths over 5 furlongs at Evangeline Downs in Louisiana. Osidy (whose dam Que Belle was a German high-weight & classic winner) won 4 of 17 starts (including the Gr3 Will Rogers Stakes as a 3YO & Blue Jay Way Stakes as a 4YO, plus 3rd in the French Gr3 Prix La Rochette & 5 US stakes-placings) & earned US$297,187. He stands for US$2,000 at Elite Thoroughbreds in Louisiana.
