I'm The One Wins Phelan Ready Stakes

Queensland-based Oaklands Stud's Gr2-winning & Gr1-placed 9YO freshman stallion All Bar One (Hennessy-Max's Sister, by Phone Trick) recorded his 1st stakes-winner when gelded son I'm The One (All Bar One-Halcyon Daze, by Rory's Jester) gained the decision in a 3-way photo-finish to the $100,000 Listed Phelan Ready Stakes (1000m) for 2YO colts & geldings at Eagle Farm. I'm the One (ridden by Scott Galloway for trainer Mark Goodwin) scored by a long-head from favoured colt Internal Revenue (Exceed And Excel-Group Certificate, by Honour And Glory) with a further long-neck to top-weighted fellow gelding Double Impact (Mossman-Cornish Moss, by Barathea). I'm the One (a $6,500 yearling at this year's Magic Millions National Sale) now has a win & a runner-up from 3 starts for $70,000 earnings.
