Aust-Bred Kinshasa No Kiseki Wins Japan Gr2

Former Arrowfield Stud shuttler Fuji Kiseki (Sunday Silence-Millracer, by Le Fabuleux) added a Japanese group success when Australian-bred 7YO entire Kinshasa No Kiseki (Fuji Kiseki-Keltshaan, by Pleasant Colony) scored by a neck in the ¥135.88 million (A$1.677m) Gr2 Hanshin Cup (1400m) at Hanshin, to claim victory in this race for the 2nd successive year. Kinshasa No Kiseki (ridden by Christophe Soumillion for trainer Noriyuki Hori) defeated dead-heating 4YO entire Red Spada (Taiki Shuttle-Barbicat, by Storm Cat) & 6YO entire Meiner Fogo (Star Of Cozzene-Be My Fire, by Be My Guest). Kinshasa No Kiseki took his record to 11 wins (also including both March's Gr1 Takamatsunomiya Kinen over 1200m at Chukyo & Gr3 Yukan Fuji Sho Ocean Stakes over 1200m at Nakayama, plus 2009's Gr2 Hanshin Cup over 1400m at Hanshin & Gr2 Mainichi Broadcast Swan Stakes over 1400m at Kyoto, as well as 2008's Gr3 Hakodate Sprint Stakes over 1200m at Hakodate) & 6 placings (including October's Gr1 Sprinters Stakes over 1200m at Nakayama, plus 2008's Gr1 Sprinters Stakes over 1200m at Nakayama, Gr1 Takamatsunomiya Kinen over 1200m at Chukyo & Listed Keeneland Cup over 1200m at Sapporo, as well as 2007's Gr2 Centaur Stakes over 1200m at Hanshin & 2006's Gr1 NKH Mile Cup over 1600m at Tokyo) from 29 starts.
