Juddmonte Star Hasili To Visit Zamindar

Tuesday, 15th February 2011

In the UK, Juddmonte's star 20-year-old broodmare Hasili (Kahyasi-Kerali, by High Line) who is the dam of Gr1-winners Banks Hill, Cacique, Champs Elysees, Heat Haze & Intercontinental as well as leading sire Dansili "is set to visit Zamindar this season" reported racingpost.com. Hasili "is due to foal on April 26 to Oasis Dream" (who stands alongside Zamindar at Banstead Manor Stud in Newmarket). Zamindar (Gone West-Zaizafon, by The Minstrel) is a full-brother to former European Champion 2YO & ill-fated former Arrowfield Stud shuttler Zafonic; Zamindar is standing for £12,000 (A$18,400) in 2011 & his highest-rated performer is The Aga Khan's unbeaten filly Zarkava. Juddmonte Farms general manager Philip Mitchell commented: "We prefer to keep Hasili on our own farm now. Besides, we want to breed a Zarkava!"
